The resort had multiple pools. I liked that towels were available there. The food was good. I found the beds comfortable. Staff called taxis very fast. Restaurants were in the same place. This was very convenient. I enjoyed the guest lounge. It was great for pre and post check in and out. The cafe had very convenient prices. The food at the cafe tasted great too.

poor wi-fiuncomfortable mattress
The Wi-Fi hardly worked. It was annoying. My room was upstairs, and there was no lift available, so I struggled with my luggage. The mattress was so uncomfortable and worn. I had to sleep on the floor the first night. The room looked old and tired. I expected more after seeing the photos online.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the pools are great for families and the cafe next to them is convenient. the breakfast selection was very good and offered many choices. the swimming pools provided a relaxing way to spend the day.
the hotel is a bit further from the town centre and i needed to use a car to get around.

the location has a quiet atmosphere, which i liked. it's not right in the middle of the city, and i found driving easy. i think parking was ample with many spaces available .
